Privacy Policy

Max Ramom, based in Brazil, operates ClipMaster. This policy covers the ClipMaster desktop application, its optional TikTok connection, and this informational website. Questions and privacy requests: max.ramom@clipmaster.siteprojetosramom.online.

1. Data handled

The desktop application processes video and audio files you select, transcripts, generated clips, captions, and export settings. When you connect TikTok, it receives an authorization code, an access token, and a TikTok account identifier (open_id) for the permissions you approve. It does not request your TikTok password. If you contact us, we receive the information you send in your message. The website itself is informational; its hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the pages.

2. Purpose and choices

Selected media is processed to transcribe, identify clips, generate captions and export results. TikTok credentials are used only when you choose to connect your account and publish a clip. Publishing is optional and disabled by default. You can use local AI processing; if you select an external AI provider, text from the transcription or prompt is sent to that provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive information in material sent to an external provider unless you intend to share it there. Access to TikTok data is limited to the permissions you grant through TikTok authorization.

3. Storage and retention

Desktop inputs and exported files remain on the device and in the folders you choose, until you delete them. When you connect TikTok, the desktop app writes its access token and account identifier to the local .env file; they remain there until you remove them or delete the application data. The application does not set a fixed automatic deletion date for these local files. ClipMaster's static website does not provide user accounts or a video storage service. After you publish to TikTok, the posted video and related data are subject to TikTok's own retention and deletion controls. The retention of hosting-provider logs and third-party AI data is governed by those providers' practices.

4. Sharing and external services

The app transfers a selected clip to TikTok only when you enable publishing. If you choose an external AI provider, the relevant prompt/transcription text is sent to that provider. We do not sell your personal information. TikTok, external AI providers, your email provider, and the website host handle information under their own policies. Review those policies before enabling a service.

5. Security

Tokens are stored locally in a configuration file, not in a hosted ClipMaster account. Anyone with access to your device or its backups may be able to access local files; protect the device and do not share tokens. Network requests to TikTok and external providers use their HTTPS endpoints. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Access, disconnection and deletion

You control local media and exports: delete the files from your device and backups when no longer needed. To remove TikTok credentials stored by ClipMaster, close the app, remove the TIKTOK_ACCESS_TOKEN and TIKTOK_OPEN_ID entries from its local .env file, and reopen the app. Also revoke ClipMaster's access in your TikTok account settings to invalidate authorization; removing local tokens alone does not remove content already published on TikTok. Delete published videos through TikTok's own controls. 7. Children and changes

ClipMaster is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and its effective date will remain available at this URL.
