Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClipMaster, a desktop video-editing application operated by Max Ramom in Brazil, and its informational website. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions: max.ramom@clipmaster.siteprojetosramom.online. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

1. What the service does

ClipMaster lets you process video files on your device, generate short clips and captions, and optionally connect a TikTok account to publish clips you select. Some features rely on software or external AI providers you choose to configure. Availability and results depend on your device, configured providers and third-party services.

2. Your media and permissions

You retain ownership of the media you provide and clips you create, subject to any rights of others. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to process, edit and publish that media, including music, images, voices and personal information belonging to other people. You are responsible for reviewing generated clips, captions, accuracy and privacy settings before publication. Do not use ClipMaster to infringe rights, publish unlawful material, impersonate others or bypass platform rules.

3. TikTok integration

Connecting TikTok is optional. Authorization happens through TikTok; ClipMaster receives the credentials and account identifier needed for the permissions you approve, not your TikTok password. Publication is initiated only when you enable that feature in the desktop app. TikTok may review, reject, limit or remove posts under its own rules. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms and policies, including rules on content and API access. You can revoke ClipMaster's access in your TikTok account settings. Revocation does not automatically delete videos already published there.

4. Data and deletion

Video inputs and exports are stored on your device in the folders you choose. TikTok access credentials received by the desktop app are stored in its local .env file until you remove them or delete the application data. To remove local credentials, close the app, delete the TIKTOK_ACCESS_TOKEN and TIKTOK_OPEN_ID entries from the local .env file, then revoke authorization through TikTok. Delete local media and exports from your device and backups yourself; use TikTok's controls to remove posted videos. See the Privacy Policy for details and privacy requests.

5. External providers and charges

Optional external AI services may require separate accounts and API credentials. Their terms, fees and data-handling policies apply to your use of those services. ClipMaster does not control a third party's availability, moderation decisions or data-retention practices. You are responsible for any third-party costs arising from the providers you enable.

6. Software and acceptable use

These terms do not transfer ownership of ClipMaster software, name or branding to you. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to connected services. You are responsible for securing your device, credentials and backups.

7. Availability and liability

ClipMaster is provided as available. Generated output may contain errors or require manual review; maintain backups of important media. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Max Ramom is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, unauthorized access to a device under your control, or content you publish. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update the app or these terms. A revised version and its effective date will be published at this URL. Brazilian law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. For questions or complaints, contact max.ramom@clipmaster.siteprojetosramom.online.
